Disclamer:

All participants must have an insurgency for RC-flying in order to participate on the DAMN3D event. If requested by the organization, the participant has to show the insurance documents to the organization in order to participate at the DAMN3D event. If the participant is not able to show these documents when asked, further participation is denied and the flying at this event is prohibited.

All RC-helicopters will be inspected before entering the event field by a member of the organization. Defect, bad assembled or suspiciously bad looking RC-helicopters will be rejected. The rejected RC-helicopters are prohibited to fly at the DAMN3D. If the RC-helicopter can be repaired at the event the RC-helicopter is only allowed to participate at the event after a second check from the organization. If the RC-helicopter is rejected for the second time by the organization, then this RC-helicopter is banned from the event in any way without a third chance to repair it.

35 MHz users are required to carry a frequency tag on their transmitter when turned on. Frequency tags are unique. The tag will be given to the participant at the entrance if the frequency is still free. Should the frequency tag already be handed out to another participant, then the two participants should share this frequency tag. Only the participant with a frequency tag may turn on his transmitter. If the organization discovers a 35 MHz transmitter which is turned ON without a frequency tag, the participant will be automatically be expelled without any discussion. There will be a frequency board overview. So be aware!

A participant under 16 years may only participate under supervision of one of his parents or a relative. The parent or relative of the participant is at all time responsible for the participant during the DAMN3D event.

Fly and No-Fly Zones are clearly marked by deposits. A Fly Zones can only be accessed by participants. The No-Fly Zones are accessible for spectators and participants. Spectators are only allowed to be in the No-Fly Zone.

All participants who will be in the Fly-Zone during the event will be briefed shortly before start of the event in order to explain OUR safety conditions. Participants will be removed from the Fly-Zone if they fail to comply our safety conditions and will be suspended until further notice.

The Damn3d team will not be responsible for damage of any kind brought to cars, mid-air crashes and or stolen personal items. Our team pilots or organization cannot be held responsible for any damage brought to participant RC-helicopter if the participant has asked to test or help with the RC-helicopter related problem (fly, setup and or test).

The organization is not responsibility for theft and loss of any participant properties. Everybody is responsible for their own properties.

The organization decides subjective if a participant is capable to fly his own RC-helicopter safely. Unsafe flying will be suspended for the day without any discussion.
